Ellenor Lions Hospice - Patient Pack

After supplying design and print on a regular basis and with a strong and amicable working relationship in place, The Ellenor Lions Hospices approached Felix with their largest print project to date, The Patient Pack, a 32 page A5 booklet printed on 170gsm silk with 250gsm Matt Laminated covers. It was stressed from the beginning that this was a very important document, as it was the first point of contact for many new patients and an introduction to the services provided by the charity.
Stylish yet functional design were the requirements for this job and extensive research and development went into the project, including meetings with Ellenor officials, presentations and photoshoots all essential in aiding to create the theme of the booklet.
Inviting imagery from the home and a very contemporary, clean layout style combined to produce a document which not only gives the reader all the information they need in a very accessible format, but drives home the feeling that they will receive continued support from an organisation that is professional, understanding and friendly.

The Patient Pack is to be used as the first point of contact between The Ellenor and their patients. It was vital that the document was friendly and welcoming, while at the same time got the information across in a clear and practical way.
